What will be your role :

You will be the operational foundation and point of reference that brings together major team efforts for major events, promotions and special initiatives. Your role will be precious to continue grow business in Ivory Coast.

What will you do ?

• Analyze local market trends and crunch data to get insights from the marketplace
• Provide team with data driven analysis to participate in strategies definition and implementation in collaboration with the global team, respecting defined budget and schedules
• Help the CRM team own the user lifecycle from end-to-end, from start of the application through to retention, loyalty and reactivation
• Deeply understand our local passengers and drivers, and monitor their engagement
• Put in place tools to help Ivory Coast team solve, simplify and optimize some tasks (extract some data and make them easily understandable)
• Challenge and improve local processes (automatization, adaptation to the local needs...)
• Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of the driver and passenger acquisition and engagement campaigns (online and offline)
• Be the local point of contact for the global teams.

• You have a background in engineering, supply chain management, business management, consulting, start-up or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in a high paced or startup environment
• You are Fluent in French, English
• You're a natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter with owner’s mentality
• You have a strong analytical background (Excel killer)
• You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships,
• You show willingness to get your hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
• You have an ability to work autonomously and you love being part of a team.
